Price Adjustment and Discount Code Policies

To best serve our FluentPet customers, we implement the following price adjustment and discount code policies under the following conditions:

Product Price Adjustments

If a product’s price has been reduced, we will honor the reduced price for orders placed within 72 hours of the reduction event. (Please note: This policy does not include discount codes, coupons or promotions with or without time limits/expiry dates. Please see Promotional Codes and Discount Codes for more information.)

A price adjustment will only be applied once per item. If for some reason a decrease in price occurs again on that same item, it cannot be applied to the same product purchased.

If a refund for the order is necessary, the refund given will be for the reduced price and not the original cost of the product(s) when purchased.

Promotional Codes and Discount Codes

FluentPet occasionally offers Promotional Codes to loyal customers and Guides. We also will provide Discount Codes under special circumstances.

Please see below for conditions:

  • All codes have no monetary value, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be converted into currency.
  • All codes are applicable at time of purchase only and cannot be applied to past transactions.
  • Replacements will not be issued for any expired codes.
  • Price adjustments, i.e., refunds, will not be issued for missed codes at any time.
  • Only one code may be applied per order.
  • Codes apply to the cost of the product only – shipping fees, customs, duties, and any taxes are not included.
  • If a refund for the order is necessary, refund given will be for reduced price and not original cost of the product(s) when purchased.
  • In addition to the above, please also note that:
  • FluentPet reserves the right to terminate, change, or change the conditions of their Promotional Codes, Discount Codes and Price Adjustments at FluentPet’s discretion without notice.
  • FluentPet reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders related to fraud, abuse, or for any other reason.
