Midway through week 3. I like the Connect because I want the cats to have doorbells that they can use (cat door isn't practical where I live.) As an added bonus, my old home, which doesn't have doorbells, now has ones that all mammals can use! And I get a notification on my phone. VERY handy.
We had been using another brands’ buttons before to just try if our dog Cookie would tas to them. The first button we gave her was “balcony” since she’d been trying to move a plant around to ask for the same thing. It took about a month of us pressing the button and opening the door until it finally clicked. And from there on she was so excited for new buttons. We then moved to fluentpet’s connect buttons to catch whatever she asked for throughout the day. We now know the time she starts asking for food. She got to ask other people for pets with a button when people couldn’t read her body language. And even cooler, when we had someone else dog sit while we were away, we got to help them understand her by seeing which buttons she was pressing. And she also seemed to miss us, since for the first time ever she actively started using buttons with our names. It’s been a great experience and totally worth it!
It was great at first but the Connect speaker stopped connecting to the app- the whole purpose I upgraded my system.

Absolutely loved it. Great product! Love having the notifications on my phone so even if i’m far from the buttons I can hear what my dogs needs.
It started out great. Easy set up and loud, clear buttons. You can hear them with the TV on—and even from another room. However, with the new update, they’ve obviously ignored customers with difficulty hearing, since they’ve made it so the audio is processed in a way that drastically reduces volume. It is now almost impossible to hear the new buttons in anything but silence. This is simply unrealistic.

We had responded to yours stating: What had happened was we received many complaints with the volume being too loud when the 4.48 app version was released, so the developers changed it. Unfortunately, they went a little too far and made the volume too low. They have adjusted it again. Can you please try to record your words now?
We started using our buttons a few days ago and after a couple of days, one of our four cats is already using two buttons (play and treat). I know two of the other three cats will be following suit soon. This is definitely going to be a game changer in our household. I can already see less frustration with two of our cats because they can get their needs met sooner.
