This page allows you to exercise your data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR. The app used to process these requests collects your IP address and email address solely to verify your identity and fulfill your request. For more information, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
For the purposes of the GDPR, CleverPet, Inc. dba FluentPet is the data controller of your personal information. Contact our privacy team at privacy@fluent.pet.
FluentPet Connect Device Data. If you use a FluentPet Connect device and wish to exercise rights specifically regarding your button interaction data, telemetry, or research opt-out, please contact privacy@fluent.pet directly. Device data requests cannot be processed through the links below.
Data Rectification (Right to Correct)
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. You may update your account information directly or submit a formal rectification request to privacy@fluent.pet.

Data Portability
You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller where technically feasible. This right applies to data you provided to us and which we process on the basis of your consent or to perform a contract with you.

Access to Personal Data (Right to Know)
You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process personal data about you, and if so, to receive a copy of that data along with information about how it is used and shared.

Right to Object
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests as our lawful basis, or where we process your data for direct marketing purposes. To submit an objection, contact privacy@fluent.pet.
Right to Restrict Processing
In certain circumstances you have the right to request that we restrict processing of your personal data — for example, while you contest its accuracy or the basis of our processing. To submit a restriction request, contact privacy@fluent.pet.
Withdrawal of Consent
Where we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To withdraw consent, contact privacy@fluent.pet or use your account settings where applicable.
Right to be Forgotten (Erasure)
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or where you have withdrawn consent and no other lawful basis applies. This process will delete your account and you will no longer be able to access or use it. Certain data may be retained where required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.

Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data or a rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority. EEA supervisory authorities are listed at edpb.europa.eu. UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. You may also appeal our decision directly by contacting privacy@fluent.pet.
