Due to port delays and backlogs, couriers and postal services have been overwhelmed with a high volume of packages, causing unexpected variability in delivery times. While we are working closely with our shipping partners, once packages are with the shipper, there is little we can do to expedite or change your order. To track your orders, check the shipper’s tracking service for the most up-to-date information.

If you haven't received a reply from us in 24-48 hours, please check your spam or junk mail folder – our staff responds to every support inquiry. Also, sometimes we don't receive your email for technical reasons, so please try again and if possible, use a different email address.
If you need to talk to us directly, please use our live chat feature*. We are available Monday-Friday from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm US Pacific Time, and weekends and holidays from 10am to 12pm US Pacific Time. We do try to speak with you immediately, but there can be up to a one-day delay due to increased chat volumes.
